You are right SHOTSKY, but STEVE told me along with several others that we would get FINS tomorrow...

I havent heard anything on it for a week or 2, but I doubt things have changed since.

He also released them 12/15 last year.

The only thing up for debate is AUDIT.

THE AUDIT is a LONG TERM investment made in the company by STEVE, and that will come when its DUE 1/31/18 IMO.

The portion of the engagement letter that we could see showed a 10/31 date.

I personally dont think they will get this FIRST AUDIT done in 6 weeks when they are auditing books that were still touched by previous management.

Figure on 1/31 AUDIT and 12/15 FINS - but 12/15 only to appease the people on this board.

12/15 is not necessary as you mentioned either.
