Agreed. What caught my attention was the two Form D filings for almost $50 million, rare for a "dark" company. Looking into them showed that the day before each filing they had created new classes of preferred stock. So even though they are "dark" the company appears to be using the common and preferred stock for investors. Being dark the stock shouldn't be sellable into the open market but should have value in a stock takeover. If I'm right about $15 million or so going to investors via the purchase of common stock at 1.08 there has to be something in the works.
