Read the filings. Tom was paid in restricted shares. They can only be cashed out at .0015. He got paid a little on the last run. But has yet to cash out the rest. Of course he’s going to hype up the news. He wants to get paid.

The news was “decent” today. I’m going to hold a little longer. Maybe ;) $OCSY$
