I totally agree. Tom overhyped the news. A contract under final negotiation can be closed today, next week or in months. Better if he left it at," News coming ".

Let's hope this deal closes by Dec 31st. So far news has consisted of assessments, strategy, final negotiations. That's ok, but why hire a guy like Nelson if that's all they are doing. They could have saved money by hiring a IR, when things really heat up
