Thanks for the contacting them for answers and sharing with us. As you are probably aware, I have always been a supporter of this company and I still am and would like to see it succeed, therefore we will succeed as well. With that said, I would still like to hear or see CEO Otiko lay-out a defined business plan for 2018 preferably in a video interview format where he can take questions from the viewers. This would be the best going forward action he could take to build confidence amongst the investors in the company he leads.
The other issue that makes my skin crawl is the fact that within a week after the disclosure statement was released, he raised the Outstanding Share count from 750M to 1B and didn't mention this at all in the disclosure. Why would he even chance doing something so misleading like that knowing there are people looking that stuff up on a daily basis. Very sneaky in my book. This is when the alarms went off in my head knowing he has reversed split the stocks only a year ago. No one in their right mind is going to sit still for another R/S so soon with revenues so near.
With the share price declining steadily and most likely due to them or others they dumped shares on for whatever reason, he needs to step up the public relations game. I would fire him if he was a football coach only wanting to participate in the practice sessions and then just sit on the bench during game time.
Today I may have aired my skepticism's but I think this is what we have all been thinking as our money disappears. I felt today was a good day to bring my grievances forward as the PPS dropped and is headed back to sub pennies anyways; therefore people will search for answers to our questions as they did today. Now we can move forward and hope that people who come across VDRM for the first time can get the facts and not the assumptions spewed out by the manipulating traders on this board.
I'm pretty sure VDRM management monitors this board and I am hopeful they would learn from it and react accordingly to avoid all the confusion bought on by the lack of facts.
