Im curious as to what others think why we didn't start 3?



I started reading the new NDA rules-TBA and had flashbacks to 20+ years ago when everyone was first trying to synchronize new tools w/old paper processes where everyone sat in a room and debated. It dawned on me the new FDA rules were still based on people sitting around the table ticking off details. New systems should have suppliers/operators submitting AI based protocol links to already compiled fundamentals. Green lights...Done...

RWE is a must IMO if we are to leap over this kind of crap. IMO, parents of Rett kinds, caregivers, trial doers at all levels. I am thankful I am not having to sit in that room and tolerate this fundamentally flawed system.
