I don't need to read the DISCLOSURE, it is not a "filing", the very fact such a detail is missed explains why so many here are unaware of what really is going on. This security is not registered, it does provide filings. It is simply an OTC quoted security that pays for a promotional service on OTC Markets, a non regulatory public company.

Rich can write whatever he likes in those disclosurss. They are not verified nor validated by anyone, he can state a monkey flew out his ass and some would state it must be true because it was disclosed.
