buildings fail because of the weakest beams, and , or columns...is wmih failing as a business structure, when 140 institutions are supporting it, KKR is more than willing to lend support, scoggins management sits on the BOD, safe harbor assets as reported.. yada , yada, yada. I see no weak structure here, except maybe the BOD... however, maybe they are doing nothing but because they can...they know whats in safe harbor assets, and maybe they are taking their sweet time for a MA , simply because they CAN...they will still get their free shares and compensation, and believe me, if they thought that their unvested stock will go bye bye, they most certainly would get something going for a MA...the BOD is not in a hurry because THEY DONT HAVE TO BE... we are the ones in a hurry!!...It is said that when hiding your valuables, put them in the open.. the thieves will always be looking in the usual hiding places!!...so whats my point...look for the strongest points in this saga,not the weakest.... what are the strongest beams in this structure... KKR, Institutions, safe harbor assets, hedge funds ownership, escrows shares awarded by the judge, etc., etc.... forget the weak beams, the stronger ones will just support them...buying stock?..
