Great Observation, the PPS being higher that the actual ASK is very troubling for ONCX and a sure sign that "Venture Capitalist" are lined up ready to sell at current levels

This has been a horrible ride for shareholders since .16 and getting worse

With the Partnership with SmallCapVoice sub penny prices are just around the corner
