Once the trial starts (IMO) it will take at least 11 months to conduct the trials, analyze the readouts, gain FDA approval to market and finalize distribution/partner agreement. I'm assuming Rett will get approved without further trials. It is far easier to be excited and hear of approval in 2018 vs. 2019. Even if the difference id Dec 2018 vs. Jan 2019. the notion of moving approval until 2019 (even if its January) takes a lot of wind out of the sail.

I want to see trials started yesterday. Delays beget more delays.
