Weird stuff today? I'm in the US & use TDA. 2 of my alerts (cell texts) were triggered at 10:20AM saying PPS above $3.25 & $3.50

Shows high of $3.55 & currently "down .03 cents" to 2.83, nothing adds up? Had a small sell set at 3.49 that didn't happen?
