If this was legit and the CEO was really trying to make a go of this than he would have had more to say than that crap in his first PR in 6 months. Why not address all the many issues investors have and should have. Why no financials? How is it you have never produced a drop of your product? Explain all the pr's from the spring when the pump was on that have gone no where. Never to be heard about again! Was is the T/A gagged. Why was there never explanations on the out and out lies. Looks like time has run out and some loan sharks want their money so we are coming up with a bogus law suit with a company that has zero cash. Why if this was stuff from June are we just getting to it. Had nothing else to use to pump is my guess. But at least we know now that he is on the radar.IMO
