Those are pretty much facts. Berman has made a mess of the financials and cant get them audited. He had auditor probs before he sent he company in the dark.

Facts are things you can prove. So please prove that Mr. Berman made a mess of the company's financials. He employs a CPA as his concurrent reviewer. I read about these allegations often enough, so proof through documents and links and SEC and/or PCAOB enforcement actions should be pretty easy to find. Then prove that DECN had auditor problems prior to LL Bradford and Co being sanctioned out of existence by the PCAOB. Or that the auditor that LL Bradford referred DECN to had problems before he was banned by the SEC. Documents and links are very useful. I am sure we all want to read them.
