MMMM, Nope. Those are pretty much facts. Berman has made a mess of the financials and cant get them audited. He had auditor probs before he sent he company in the dark. Now, here is an opinion for ya...I think the reason he was having auditor probs is because none of them wanted to sign off on the financials because they do not represent what is happening in reality. Personally, I don't know how anyone can honestly believe anything about this company when it comes to the business side of things. How can you trust sales numbers, revenues, products and paid consultants out the wazoo with a financial mess like this.
