According to their Nevada filings, they are authorized for 2.8 billion shares. The OTCMarkets is listed below and it is completely inaccurate.
The only way to know the exact float is to call the Transfer Agent which is Action Transfer who I find to be non-accommodating to the shareholders.

The Twitter account was reported on the board early today and I only just discovered the company from the volume.
I have found no real red flags in the company and have added it to watch and see what is next.
I know when there is smoke in a stock, a fire is just right around the corner.
I am betting right after the first a year we may see more information from the company.
What I find interesting is they have paid off several convertible notes this last year.
