T.I agree with you except for the applaud part. He's waiting this out because he has no choice. He could had us over 3.00 easily by continuing the buy-back when he was able. Another half mil. in buy back wouldn't have busted the bank and would have shown some real confidence in this Company + the fact that no one twisted his arm to put a specific date on the uplist He could have,just as easily, have said early 2018 and no one would have said a word. Or as I would have preferred, nothing at all.
