Makes no sense that the company would want to continue down this path considering operations. This company is clearly in business, collecting revenue and able to pay bills enough to fund a corporate move. If no material event is keeping them from reporting, they need to, considering PR’s standing behind shareholder investment related to disclosure into the “future”, their words. The company shouldn’t be subjectively deciding when to disclose and when not to especially when a material event just took place in a move. I don’t think the company filed inaccurately, they just fail to file current day. Marketing PR’s benefit the company in generating revenue but if said revenue is never disclosed, shareholders are left with a depressed stock price. Shareholders funded growth through dilution and should be rewarded with proper disclosure bad or good. Hopefully the company is forced to report if not deciding on their own. Good luck to all.
