Listed below is the response that I received from Mark on Phase 2 occupancy today. This answer IMO is very satisfactory for the market at this time and makes allot of sense in its effort to expedite phase 3.

"There should be no mystery on where are at. We completed our buildout for phase 2 we cannot start operating our business until we get the COO. Getting the COO is not like before, we are just waiting for some permits that are connected to the entire building so we will not have to wait for the permits for phase #3.

This delay in the COO does not cost us anytime because we have 1400 small plants in another part of the building that will be moved into phase #2. We will only have a problem if the plants get to big and we have about 2 more weeks when I would be worried, but I expect will be one week tops."
