Precisely my point, the news the moves forward, and dead in the water pps. Timelines are there and getting close. The CEO can put the drama to rest, by taking ownership. Then BIEL train will become an express to success. My thoughts are "not" negative, but actually positive for all concerned. JMHO Have a good one.
