Seriously people, you can file all the complaints you want but the SEC has better things to do than to investigate a penny stock. The whole point in being in the pinks is that they are not the same as a legit company. And unless you own half the stocks the company is not going to call you personally and tell you everything they are doing, heck you prob wont even get an invite to the office party. And if you want to respond back to this posts with every sort of complaint, go ahead, I have a delete button.
