and also protected by the clauses within the "Safe Harbor Act" (SHA)
In fact, I've been thinking about doing the same!
Create a company
Get Dream seeking Suckers to buy in
Dump shares on them and pocket the proceeds
Abandon the company and repeat under another name.
Have I've committed a crime? NOPE!
Reading the SHA, says I can do this and get away with it as often as I can afford the time to do so!
The millions of Pinks that has long since come and gone, with many created by the came persons or group and leaving behind 1000 of times as many shareholders in ruins, are clear testaments as to not only how easy it is to get away with this kind of fraud, but also how "repeatedly" vulnerable shareholders are!
All while the SEC, FIRNA and other cronies KNOWS THIS, no action is expected to be taken by them, likely because they're all in on it in some form.
Especially when considering that none of those fraudulent companies could enter the market without getting "Screened/Evaluated and then Approved" by such entities!
In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
