Listen I'm gonna make this statement knowing it's not going to change what you believe, and that's fine, not trying to change anyone. But here's how i see it and this makes sense to me and doesn't require links nor filings. The trading volume, PPS, and L2 tell me what I need to know.

If company was buying back shares, the PPS here would be higher and with over 3 billion shares traded in a week, I think, for me, that's clear indication no such thing is occurring. I don't need a filing or link to prove that in my world.

Now in terms of dilution and I had this debate with DD Dempsey months ago. There are 2 kinds of dilution (1) when the company officers sell their shares (form D, etc per filings) or when convertible note(s) mature and the note holder sells. Either way it's dilution because new shares are hitting the market. As far as SEC regulations, I agree with Rawman, I don't think they apply with EHOS being dark. But even if they did something isn't adding up with the volume last week.

L2 proves this when one sees the usual suspects: diluting MMs (VNDM,VERT,BKRT, CANT, etc) dumping high volume and PPS going down because of abnormal selling pressure into the bid.

either way hope we get a christmas miracle with this one cause that's what it's gonna take to get this moving North.
