If people are selling because they saw SA file its proposed order, what you do not understand is that this could very well be the beginning of the downfall for SA, imo. Once the judge signs the Order, SFOR attorneys will file the Notice of Appeal and be in the United States Court for the Federal Circuit (judges who have way more experience than Judge Kronstadt on patent issues). All imo.
