Maybe you should invite Dan, the BOD and some investment bankers down to your neck of the woods to "utilize" some of your "personal assests to secure cost effective financing".

Shoot, with a little shine and some friendly persuasion from your "boys" we might be able to work out some "opportunities for strategic parterships, mergers and acquisitions" by taking a "shotgun" approach to the problem.

You may even be able to provide us long suffering SMMW shareholders with much needed "Deliverance".
