Can’t dilute. What is the “Evergreen Rule” Under Rule 144?

The poster can copy and paste this missive 100 more times, but it still will not apply to EHOS!

ON DECEMBER 7, 2016 EHOS CHOSE TO DE-REGISTER WITH THE SEC, SO THE SEC RULES NO LONGER APPLY! CLEARLY, EHOS WANTED TO ESCAPE THE SCRUTINY OF THE SEC, SO IT TRANSMITTED FORM 15-12G! RULE 144 IS AN SEC RULE, THUS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EHOS! PERIOD!

BTW...skip the "can't dilute" part! EHOS has crushed the shareholders with dilution, since it quit reporting 2 years ago!

Two years ago, at the time of the last SEC financial report, there were 1.2 BILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING (this number is included in the 10-Q). Last week, in one single day, 2.5 BILLION SHARES were traded!

PLEASE GO AHEAD AND TRY TO ARGUE that this was the original 1.2 BILLION SHARES, TRADING MORE THAN TWICE EACH AT THE SAME BUY AND SELL PRICE OF .0001! GOOD LUCK!
