Long wait times proves we have a HIGH demand niche café model that is about to expand massively including into the United States! Even with midtown being 10,000 ft.² I could see the potential of long wait times here also due to the average 44,000 people that walk by each day!

I enjoy eating at Café’s as many offer good food at reasonable prices and a cozy atmosphere. Snakes offers this as well as the entertainment that most others lack. If we do experience Long wait times at Midtown maybe they could add some outdoor patio heaters and create a small beer garden to offer drinks while waiting for a table to maximize space and profits. In the future they could also incorporate a walk up coffee windows so passersby can grab a warm cup of Joe instead of a Starbucks across the street.

We already know the other locations are doing very well. Some of those wait times I think will be dispersed to midtown until we are experiencing the same “good problem”!!
