Besides the afore mention I do not see the need for worry as it is the same deal except with the time and %rate 3-5%. I do see the moving "getting off their square and starting to move a positive. I think soon in subsequent filings are we going to be able to see whats behind the door shortly and its regard to escrow and pass through mechanisms.
