Please post links to show that EHOS is diluting, management does not own majority of OS...

LET's TRY AGAIN! 2.5 BILLION SHARES WERE TRADED ON ONE SINGLE DAY LAST WEEK, SUGGESTING THERE IS AT LEAST A FLOAT COUNT OF 2.5 BILLION SHARES AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT OWN IT! If management were to actually own the majority of the Outstanding Shares, the total Outstanding would be far beyond any total that has been suggested on this Board! So what is the share structure?

NO DILUTION? Really? Let's see! The last filed financial report from the fall of 2015 indicated there were 1.2 BILLION shares Outstanding! We now know for a fact the Outstanding count is beyond double the "officially" communicated 2015 amount and the company has added no reported assets! Doubling the Outstanding count with no hard assets to show for it IS THE EXACT DEFINITION OF DILUTION!
