WELL Lawton,,,I respectfully disagree with you about Rogers foresight,,,,..I have had two very successful businesses in my life and made many many plans along the way that I ended up changing along the way because I wasn't to stubborn ,and say ,,,,,[no ,,thats the way I said it was going to be and thats,that],,,,when you are in business you have to have an open mind and realize when things need to be changed or done differently,,,,I seriously doubt that you have not change somethings about your life along the way because you saw that it was wrong or, that there was a better way of doing it ,,,
I am glad we have a CEO that when meeting with his staff is not afraid to change things,,,,,every successful company changes how they do things all the time along the way,,,,if they don't,,,they will most likely find troubles,,,,,GLTY
