Also confirmed that Rett IND was filed - which was considered as not required. Now fda feedback is awaited - so nothing to do with new guidelines

Sites getting ready - why needed if it is home based trial?

Expect 1st dosing in late Feb 2018

AD trial - trial protocol not even ready (is it fda issue? No company has not finalized details)

Trial will be in Aus and NA - so why not Aus - because they cannot find enough patients -

We will be lucky to dose 1st patient by March 2018 - it may spill into Q2-2018

PD - again protocol not ready - trial moving to Europe - add european delay - it may not even start till Q2-2018
