I'm not demeaning anyone, that is not my intention. And I never, ever follow anyone blindly. I read everything I can get my hands on that gives me some insight into what may be going on behind the scenes in companies I involve myself with. And I speak to the management of companies I'm invested in; not as an adversary, but as someone trying to understand the people behind the company. Reading some of the angry posts on this board does make me feel at times that many people are not willing to admit they're in over their head, and now, when it's most important to hold the line, they're up in arms against the very people who are all we have to get us through this trial. I just don't believe you kick and punch your team mates when they're bleeding and bruised and dragging themselves, and us, to the finish line. I think that's unfair, selfish, and unreasonable no matter what the frustration. I believe it's evident management believes they're doing the right thing; there's no way anyone would withstand the calls for information from an angry group of investors if they didn't feel their silence was the best path at this time. No way, it's irrational.

There is evidence of good reason for silence; Adam Feuerstein went out of his way to vilify NWBO management in a very sensational and tabloid-like manner, followed each time by a price drop. It was made worse by NWBO's responses to his attack. The Phase V report, by a group of anonymous self proclaimed PhD's with an offshore Cayman Island web address who admitted they were short the stock, a litany of what now appears to be baseless lawsuits, and a weird episode with Neil Woodford and the entire Ondra incident. These things are strong evidence of a collusive attack (including the real possibility of millions of shares of naked shorts) on a small company trying to bring a possibly game changing technology to market. You can believe this or not, but the evidence is striking in my opinion to anyone who has a reasonable grasp of the inner dealings of Wall Street, Big Pharma, and Government Regulators and Politicians. What I see and hear on this board does not make me believe many retail investors understand these issues and the complexities involved. Instead I see repeated calls for transparency again and again and again, ad nauseam. So I ask; what would you do if you were digging a grave for people who've tried to destroy you and everything you've worked your ass off for? Would you telegraph your punches?

I think there's a real possibility that NWBO is on the verge of approval and that because of this the company has gone into silent mode. Period. Nothing else makes any sense at all. All negative scenarios, especially under the pressures of retail investor angst, an SEC investigation, continued and most likely deep conversations with regulators, and god knows what kind of back room political wrangling at the FDA, simply do not add up to anyone with a reasonable demeanor and clear head in my opinion. It all points to something profound brewing and the company is going to follow their game plan no matter what any of us say or complain about. With the evidence I see I prefer to relax and let the chips fall where they may, with some confidence they're going to fall the way I hope they will. And as much as people are going to worry and complain to the contrary I'm going to counter with my positive perspective.
