It's not my number, it's TRIL's number. You can ask like I did, they're friendly. They have some convertible preferred stock that's excluded from the new investors numbers even though it converts one for one. Designed to allow convert holders who may be >10% to work around reporting rules, that's why the new investor shows up as owning a larger percent than they really do (i'm assuming they aren't a convert holder).
