For SEC reporting purposes, only basic shares and derivatives convertible into common within 60 days are counted in the denominator of the equity-stake calculation.



Even if that were true, how do 2,173,000 shares get to be 16.5% of outstanding shares of 16,900,000 (rkrw's number)?
