Closing procedures can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Have I seen shorter...yes. Have I seen longer....yes. I would consider 6 weeks excessive but we are still within that range. Just for a sec, think about the corporate environment and how it works on December. No one is doing much. Its not like retail, food, or service in December. Anyone that has been in corporate environment can relate to this. It gets even worse after the 12th or so when people start checking out.
