I believe this is referring to a distribution deal that could be looming. Some indicators show that there might be an interest for custom vape oil that suits a particular need, and tracking usage has been a need for the sector. Time will tell but there is a lot of buzz around the MYDX 360 platform and it's medical/recreational applications. With the pen being the driver for this potential revenue stream.
