Pursuant to Section 7-107 of the Colorado Business Corporations Act
This notice is being sent to inform you that on June 12, 2017, shareholders of Mountain High Acquisitions Corp. (the “Corporation”) having at least the minimum number of votes necessary
to authorize or take the action, authorized and approved, by written consent, an amendment to the Corporation’s Article of Incorporation increasing the authorized shares of Common Stock to 500,000,000 in accordance with the Colorado Business Corporations Act (the “BCA”).
This notice is being sent pursuant to Section 7-107-104(5.5) of the BCA, and shall constitute notice to each shareholder who has not provided written consent for such action to the Corporation although entitled to vote on the action or who, if the action had been taken at a meeting, would have been entitled to notice of the meeting.
