No - Lloyd tweeted about raising from the ashes. He issued an 8k to say the company is not closing. Still he remains 3M + in debt which would need to be satisfied before he could do anything (aside retweet real companies happenings). He lost all assets and his balance sheet is negative. His old employees filed suit against him because he couldn’t not even make payroll. So tweeting is NOTHING but Ann attempt to perpetuate his scam.
