I agree totally with GMason. Your justified in your opinion and their are others who are die hard long investors that share your position and adopting a wait and see approach.
1. Do we even know if the air conditioners are installed? I don't
2. Do we know if tents are being used at this time? I don't
3. Do we know if phase 2 occupancy was approved? I don't

These types of examples give rise to uncertainty and should be put to bed for good by a clear message that directly answers these questions and ideally would be more than "relax we keep our word". Now that being said, I am choosing to trust them as they have asked but can we really be critical of those investors that expect direct timely clarification to outstanding questions? With such a "transparent" company stance, investors should not have more questions and speculation than answers. I know "e mail them and ask".

There were those here who stated that the week of the Comcast settlement announcement that we would close that Friday at .20...another position this week stated .17 by Friday. Now its next week this will explode...I hope so but I will say that if one states every week that next week we will explode, I suppose eventually they will be right.

It's been a very good couple of weeks. Nice steady SP movement. Reality is we need to hold over .0944 to move up (interesting that that is todays close). Thereafter .105 will challenge us. I look to test .105 next week at best. Anything more would knock my socks off. GLTA have a great weekend.
