2nd level is for phase III if they are flowering in the tents which they only have 6 of they only make up around a 1/3 of the total 8,000sqft. So already you have twice the space for plants to grow before flower cycle. Plants are roughly growing 2 months before they flower and flower for roughly a month. That calculation works well since grow time is double flower time.

If phase II had a 2nd level in the grow area (remember tents can't get a second level, huge negative) they would have double what they could fit into the tents each month to flower. So no second level yet and I should do my DD obviously some listen and hear what they want to but never logically think it out.
