After a wait of 5 hours = 5 months indicates the first piece of COWI news a little more than five months after October 11, 2015 on March 15, 2016, famous stabbing anniversary day. Perhaps it hints at the next piece of COWI news on December 11, 2017 that makes a "flurry of activity"? But, it depends on post #51000. That is the time.
