That's right. Why hold? How long before the appeal is adjudicated? In the meantime, all cases are being delayed. I'll wait until .004, then buy back in while it declines further. Part of a positive result, if any, is based on the value of your own sales. Right now, SFOR has $0 revs, so even a positive decision will result in minimal gain. The only hopw is ACS, and if the patent is questionable, that goes away too.
