Impact- The reason they are taking this price down is because no one has any faith in Odidi. There are simply no buyers and they can walk the price down. IPCI pretty much lets them.

Your statement that Boyd and others Know more is a problem. All shareholders should have access to the same information. If Boyd or others have info that is not public knowledge that is a problem. That is called trading on inside information and is an SEC violation...

If Odidi cared one bit about share price and the levels they do the offerings at. Why hasn't he stepped up and bought 100K on the open market? That is just a drop in the bucket for that guy but no insiders have bought.

As far as news coming, I am sure at some point it will. But when will they release substantial news like Regabatin or Rexista partnership? I don't think anytime soon...
