Reminders -
Somebody just purchased 4 Million Shares with the last direct offering at $1.10 - it was two different institutions (I would think that they know more than us to invest that sort of money. Plus they would enforce some stipulations..ie no reverse splits)

Steve Boyd added 180,000 shares to his existing position.

We have some key institutions pick up decent positions in September.

I was told by the CFO himself that Nasdaq compliance is the least of their worries and that hes confident that we meet all compliance and put that behind us.

Company is making more money than ever - Why are we at these depressed levels. Doesnt make any rational sense.

We all can see that someone or people are systematically and collectively attacking the share price to deter any potential investors - WHY IS THIS DONE?

Nobody ..NOT ONE INVESTOR is profitable on their investment in this company, so why would anyone sell? They wouldnt is the right answer.
The only way that they would sell is just to say screw this manipulation and constant beating ..Ill take my losses and go elsewhere...which then the goal of the shorter is realized.

THERE IS PENDING NEWS and it has to be close $$$$ to secure shareholder confidence and make us all do a head-slap and say " Why didnt I buy at those discounted prices" ..THIS ALL DOESNT MAKE SENSE.

Who trades 12 or 100 shares at a time on a stock that is worth .80 - ANSWER: NOBODY!!!! This is manipulation and a major one for that matter. Someone has made it their mission to destroy the share price. I can tell you my last 7 trades of this company for over 150,000 to push the share price up, felt like I was retaliated INSTANTLY by a computer that automatically then sold 100 shares to bring it back down. I have also never seen so many wash trading in a stock. SOMETHING OR SOMEONE IS BEHIND ALL THIS. Nothing is coincidental
