Well I wouldn't for the current situation, maybe not even later. Why would I go for that expense? Still need the right equipment to be installed even if you did. 3 phase is pretty hefty. They aren't plugging in stoves and washing machines.

Granted, I don't profess to be an expert and I don't think back up generators are an issue right now.

I've been in the power industry one way or another for over 30 years. Just my opinion.
