Thoughts? I do feel this is very good deal as 3 years pass before the shares are available. Plus we get $600k for conversion of warrants. IMO, getting a footprint now is crucial especially in Canada as they are going legal. Please comment on this subject as many including myself respect and appreciate what you add. Thanks
