It just shows a Form 4 hasnt been filed. Anyone can do a search and locate a long laundry list of exec's that sold $millions in shares and neglected to file Form 4's




You are speculating Redman would do something unethical. He has shown zero proclivity to not follow all ethical and decent behaviors.

Your logic:

Other CEOs do things unethical so this CEO might do something unethical!

That's called a straw man argument. You are changing the premise. Our premise--according to all the evidence is Redman always discloses and informs.
