Here is EXACTLY how IFUS gets delisted by the SEC and stops trading. AKA - no selling the stock as in EVER.
"It appears to the Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of ******* *****, Inc. (n/k/a ***** Corporation) (“****”) (CIK No. *****), a ******* corporation located in ******, ******** with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g) because it is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-12G on April 6, 2009. On (**date to be determined in the future**), Corporation Finance sent a delinquency letter to **** requesting compliance with its periodic filing requirements but **** did not receive the delinquency letter due to its failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules (Rule 301 of Regulation S-T, 17 C.F.R. Section 232.301 and Section 5.4 of EDGAR Filer Manual). As of December 7, 2017, the common stock of **** was quoted on OTC Link, had seven market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).

Fill the stars in with IFUS name and address. THE SEC KILLS THESE
NON-REPORTING TICKERS ALL THE TIME. "lack of current information". Copy and paste that to MW and let him explain how the SEC does not have the authority to do so with IFUS. I will bet a tall bucket of rotten peaches that the SEC will stop IFUS from trading with the exact wording above as it happens all the time.

Cheers guys.

Here is your April 6, 2009 filing. This IFUS stock is past due for suspension/delisting. https://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6528875
