It happens A LOT on the OTC... people trying to dig up DD and confirm their DD with suppliers or joint venture partners. Some respond in a short response and refers you back to the contact at the company you're investing in. They might confirm if it's public information but don't care to elaborate besides, yes, we have joint venture and a licensing agreement (example).

It sounded to me that shareholders for AMFE contacted game distributors to confirm we had exclusive rights prior to it being announced publicly. I don't know more than that but sounds like it really pissed those people off, enough to keep Roger from even announcing it publicly by board game name... but there were plenty of hints he gave us with pictures and for B vs B he said it was top funded kickstarter game in a PR. Take the hints for what they are... he's telling us everything he can while being responsible.
