UMC being sued by MU

MU has said many times they (MU and INTC) are going to protect their 3D intellectual property patents.

I tend to think that will give a lot of strength and duration to this semiconductor memory cycle.

It's pretty difficult for competitors to drive down memory prices, pay royalties, and patent infringement penalties, and lawyers, and continue to be profitable.
