Still plenty of Opportunity to "Buy" BTGI as the "Honest CEO" said 2 Billion. Then there is Reverse ,as he has used that Strategy Twice. Until BTGI CEO, even places Minimal Value on Common Shareholders, here we sit.

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
